Then you've read too far already, if you are looking for actual information.

In a situation like this, I would operate on the assumption that every single actual fact available (if any) is what you see in the title of the OP. I would feel reasonably confident relying on the fact that he had been arrested, and every single assertion beyond that I would disregard as having zero reliability.

That's the way I've treated this board since the beginning, and it hasn't served me ill yet.
