How effective can Vaccaro be on a safety blitz?

Haven't really watched any of his film, so for anyone that has, does it look like he he could make an impact there?

he's not really a blitzer, he is more of a cover guy.

The safeties most important job is coverage, not rushing. We have one of the best if not the best blitzing safety and where has that gotten us?
