It's not a bad pick. He's got more physical tools than all the other QBs. He might not be a week 1 starter at QB but who in this draft is?

Right, it's a horrible pick.
If Manuel ends up being an all-pro player, it's still a terrible pick. You can get him in the 3rd round, and they just took him 16th overall.
