Better investment: Real estate on the moon, or bitcoin?

Sea of Tranquility (the hot spot) is priced at only $37.50 per acre. I could buy enough for a pretty sweet ranch when I retire in 2060 and intergalactic travel should be cheap by then.

Unquestionably bitcoin. There are obviously doubters of its long-term viability but the resale market does exist after all. Not so for lunar real estate.
