A combination of scouting, and our players being underrated due to our state not producing a ton of recruiting site $$$$. Our scouting director left recently if I remember correctly though.

What everybody else said about the camp circuit and the state as a whole.
Also some on this board make all the stupid jokes they want but our staff is damn good at developing players. Also these so called 3* get to go up against top competition. One of the best things LSU does is taking frames or bodies and building these guys up, the staff loves clean slates so to speak, a player like Rhaheed is their ideal player.
