25 straight over LA opposition... 32 straight midweek

i just can't get over that... baseball's a random game, and sure LSU is in another class compared to Gramblings, and UNOs, and ULMs of the world, but even the regional contenders of SLU and ULL and the ghosts of Tulane haven't touched LSU in two years

and 32 midweek... that's everybody, mostly instate teams but idk if some of the SEC tourney games count in that

and it's not like we're slacking in conference play either. the only hiccup was the inexplicable stony brook super regional

you can say "well LSU should be on top" but these two stats are as absurd as it gets. if LSU wins another under Maineri what will we name after him?

Seven Stony Brook players were drafted last year. That is likely more than any other SEC baseball team
