Fair Offer for Longo in a Keeper League?

I own Longo in a 10 team 6 keeper league.
I've never been a huge fan due to the injuries he seems to always deal with, but he has a bunch of potential.
Weaver is hurt and I'd read a report where his velocity has dropped each if the past few seasons.
Headley had a monster year last season, so I don't expect him to repeat.

I have Miggy and Lawrie at 3B, and my pitching is pretty solid with Kershaw, Sale, Moore, Masterson, and Buckholz.

Why trade for Headley if you're down on him & already have 2 other options there?

I wouldn't trade for another 3B when you have the best one and a top 10-15 guy there already. If you absolutely feel the need to trade longo why not go for a top 5 guy at another position? With Longo/Miggy/Lawrie on your roster I can only assume you're weaker at another position.

I'm a big Headley fan but not a need for you.
