Raiders have been looking to trade back the entire time. There was a lot of speculation about trading with Miami but the Albert situation is unknown. Also they don't have a second round pick so they need a lot more. I think next year their cap space is some ridiculous amount like 65+ Mill. So I guess acquire as much as you can in this draft for cheap, and sign high priced guys next year.
ETA: Also they have been linked to EJ Manuel. Would make sense at the end of the first.
