Is it wrong of me to want Guice to stay under the radar?

I know that it won't happen since we've already offered and now others will take notice. From reading on here he wasn't allowed to play varsity his freshman year and had to split carries his sophmore year. Now he will have the backfield to himself and all eyes will be on him. This guy is a tough 1 cut back. Balance and feet always churning and it takes a whole squad of people to get him down half the time. By the time he hits college he should be close to Fournette's size now.

Most of the time guys are hanging on to dear life trying to bring his momentum to a halt and really how are you going to stop two freight trains getting 30 carries a game(talking about a Fournette and Guice 1, 2 punch)? It really will be unfair when we're running Fournette and Guice behind big Robinson, Clapp and Brumfield.

Dood, for real? 60 carries a game between 2 backs?

I see what you are saying but it wont happen....he will be a big time prospect in the 4-5 star range...I am just hoping that he commits to us early and then honors his commitment

I saw his interview, and you can tell he loves the "feature" back concept, and even mentions...Bama. But, LSU will be devastated at rb after this year, with Blue, Hill, and possibly Hilliard leaving. That leaves prob Magee, and the new freshmen. He will be in a great situation at LSU, no matter what IMO.

Pretty much impossible to stay under the radar nowadays. Unless you refuse to camp and/or put film on Internet somewhere, you'll be found.

Fournette wouldn't run behind Brumfield, Clapp, & Robinson as he will be gone pro before that. Guice maybe...

why do you want him under the radar? You think LSU will have a hard time landing a CHS kid? All indications point to him being pretty heavy lean anyway.

You think the #1 OT in the nation won't play until his 4th year?

Yes, we all know that offensive linemen don't reach the field early on this team. Like last year when there was a true sophomore, redshirt freshman, and true freshman all in the starting lineup.

using his first interview (which came about because of getting his lone offer, from LSU) to say "I wove you Bama! LSU is kind of ok i guess maybe but not really" is always a good sign.

yeah, everyone says so. its just annoying that we offer a local kid who is "all lsu" and he uses the time to basically beg bama to offer him.

It's because there are so many people all over the state that do nothing but ball wash Saban and bitch about Miles. Then the same thing happens on TV. These kids are innundated with people telling them that Bama and Saban are the end all, be all.

Exactly. If people would just shut up and stop talking about them, they would go away. Bama is on every LSU fan's minds because of Saban. Let it go. Stop caring and things will be fine.
