Anyways, I think he's correctly rated as the #2 WR in LA after Noil.

I would personally say it's a tie.

Dupre is a more natural WR

And Noil is a speedster

as far as potential, he's way above noil imo

Randle only played QB his senior year after Randall Mackey left. RR had quite a resume as a WR.
