Best steak you have ever eaten
The best steaks I ever ate were at Binion's Steakhouse at the top of the old Horseshoe in downtown Las Vegas. I was doing a consulting project for Jack Binion, and I was comped RF&B (room, food and beverage) for just under six months. The free steaks were all USDA prime cuts, and they were cooked just the way I ordered them. I'd rotate between New York strips, porterhouses and ribeyes. They also had 14 oz. veal chops and prime rib that were excellent as well. The reason they were the best was the combination of quality and price.
