Uli is the president. Fans own the club. He self reported if I'm not mistaken, but I would really be surprised if he was around next year. Doubt he goes to jail though, I mean the biggest companies in Germany don't even have to pay taxes so I don't know exactly how strict they are. Public fallout already is/will be devastating to his image

This has been all over the Italian papers since we love a good football related scandal.
Uli self reported but right after a bill to forgive tax evaders if they simply paid up anonymously failed to pass.
Merkel, who's been heavily criticized as lax on the wealthiest tax evaders, has come out pretty hard against him but still not sure it will result in jail time. However, it seems like it's not the best timing for Uli insofar as this seems to be a touchy political topic, kind of like insider trading here.
Not sure that this will really affect Bayern much aside from him stepping down. They may end up with a black eye if it comes out that some of those massive deposits he was supposedly hiding away had to do with illegal football shenanigans and not just selling sausages.
