Never been, and we live downtown. It looks decent.
There was a great thread about them on Facebook last week. Apparently, they didn't open last Sunday because of the bad weather. So this friend of a friend posts about how they were supposed to have her father's birthday meal there and how pissed the whole family was when they showed up and the place was closed. Then Zolia posts in response "Sorry about the baby shower. We called everybody who had reservations about the closing. Next time you come in, let us know and we'll give you a free appetizer."
Needless to say, this made a bad situation worse.

Haven't been for the brunch, but the food was pretty good. If you can eat outside in the courtyard the atmosphere should be pretty nice. The inside atmosphere is less appealing.

Well above average small plates. And the blueberry lemon bread pudding best I've ever had.

Been for lunch and I like their pressed panini's a lot. Not sure how the dinner business is, but downtown is still such a up and down location for consistent business at night.

We went one night after work, basically to avoid BR traffic on a particularly bad day. (18 wheeler had to be blown up on the interstate) We were the only people in the restaurant, sucks because it really is a place more people should be trying.

Yeah their menu looks great. A girl I know who has a food blog and cooks amazing stuff works there and I doubt she'd work in a place with shitty food.

Yeah during the midweek downtown is slow. Perks up on the weekends though. Only place that consistently is pretty busy during the week is Tsunami.

Been once in the evening on a weeknight. The place was dead and I really wished they offered the lunch menu in the evening too. I don't remember what we had, but it was good, a bit pricey for the tapas style food. Overall, it is a cool place with good food and a change of pace for the same ole, same ole.

I have stated before, and stand by the statement, that it is better than IPO; And I like IPO.

I'll have to give it a try then. I like IPO but a place like that not having a rotating menu is hard to frequent. Being tapas style, you order several things each visit and pretty soon, you've had everything on the menu several times. There are things at IPO that I love and then things I have no interest in.

Stopped by Zolia last night.

Had the Garden District cocktail which was Hendricks gin, St Germain, cucumber, and basil. Delicious and strong!

Then ordered a charcuterie board. Tilamook cheddar, honey goat cheese, pepperoni sausage, prosciutto, pickled red onions, and oven roasted romas.
Had the salmon basilica tapas which was surprisingly very tiny but I suppose reflected the price. This was awesome. Salmon marinated in pesto and then grilled with capers and herbs. They serve it sandwich style at lunch and I fully intend to go back for that.
Each had a salad. I had the bleu cheese wedge which was delicious. Jones had the sensation salad.

We intended on ordering the duck confit special but the apps filled us up and we were going drink after so we didn't want to push it.

Certainly plan to return. Very good place. They had a great band playing too.

I go frequently for lunch and occasionally for dinner. Overall a very good menu, though it can get pricey for dinner. If it wasn't downtown, it would be packed every night.

Good food. Ate there for lunch several times a week when working downtown. Never made it after hours, but they often run specials and have live entertainment.

During the week after work they seem to struggle a little. Most people abandon downtown and if it ain't on 3rd street it doesn't get a chance during the week.

Really sucks because it is a great place.

ETA: glad y'all liked it LL, I know you are a fan of IPO and that would be their direct competition from what I can tell.

We actually went there because we've had the IPO menu too many times but wanted small plates.
Next on the small plates list is Bin 77

Bin 77 is alright, haven't been a lot however it has been good each time. Nice outside patio too.

Have been trying a place out on Highland as well, Bacchus. Cool place for what it is. Live music sometimes. Wish it had better beer, but it is a wine bar at heart.
