You do realize that he came in to a QB battle for Trent Green and Cloe Lemmon in MIA? To even think that we are not in a much better place offensively is dumb.

That would be awesome (and makes really good sense).
Have a great place to coach and influence young kids. Get great talent, facilities, and other coaches. He has done everything else, so this seems like a great fit.
