As were mine when i first started. Just ask the resident brewers here. I was asking about 3 questions/day in fear of me ruining my beer.

After nearly 2 years of brewing, i realized that 99% of my concerns are overreactions to the natural brewing process. And i've also learned that infection is pretty hard to come by, with my cleaning/sanitizing procedures.
