LSU kayak fishing teams are down here at Big Lagoon state park in FL. Looking for a radio station to catch the game tonight. Can anyone help us?

You may be able to catch 870 after dark. Other than that you may have to spend five bucks to listen to Geaux Zones feed.

Not sure, but there is a link for Bama's video on GZ so you may be able to spend 12 bucks and watch/listen to games for a month.

870 can be listened to 24/7. What's the whole after dark thing?

When its dark, some radio stations turn down their signal and others pump up their signal. So 870 could be heard from farther away at night maybe

In Houston you can only get it on the radio after dark. I'm guessing it would be the same in Florida.

Stations turn down their signals because the waves travel further at night. Some stations like WWL don't have to.. meaning you can catch the signal from far away.

Yeah my experience has always been good with catching WWL all the way to Tallahassee with ease.

I have a house on Perdido Bay in Pensacola. It is as you say, they crank the watts up at night. I listened to one of the LSU/North Texas games in my truck one night because it wasn't on tv.
