when you're relying on Clay Buchholz, Tim Linecum, and Justin Masterson to get you to 30 innings, you take what you can get big Gyno

Ted Lilly vs the Rockies (remember no Tulo more than likely)?

Night time in that ball park....

Tulo is going to miss a game or two, but I would not trust Ted Lilly in practically any start.

Alright guys: Ive got 4 SP going tonight.

Harvey and Samardjia are my must starts.

What about my other two? You guys rolling Yovanni out vs Pitt? or Jose Fernandez vs the Mets at home?

Thanks. I was leaning towards starting all 4. Could get my 30 innings minimum on Monday.

Teheran has the Nats at home... Sit or Start?

Held the Rockies to 1 earned in Colorado last start, but gave up 4 in 6IP in his previous start against Washington

I'd avoid that one. Teheran needs to prove he can be more consistent before I start him against a team like Washington. Sure, the Nats bats can go cold at the drop of a hat, but they can also get hot really quick.

I could see this start going either way but I'd probably sit him. Not a good matchup at all.

Brandon Maurer, SP, Seattle Mariners

vs

Baltimore Orioles

At first we were like...

Now we are like...

Baltimore is top 5 in most offensive categories in the MLB. If the 22 year old Maurer can shut down this potent offense, then maybe, just maybe, this kid could be a viable option in deeper mixed leagues.

Oh no, I wouldnt Maurer either. Just giving people a heads up since most wrote him off early. He shut down some pretty good offenses the last few starts.

I would roll the dice and START Ryu vs COL in LA.

I'm with papps, he's still not touching the starting lineup, but people should think about rostering him again.
