Happened to me once but he noticed and said he wouldn't write me a ticket for the sticker since he was giving me a speeding ticket
I told him to give me the sticker ticket instead since its non moving but he said no.....then he probably went shoot a dog

we have a cop who sits in a dead end in our hood and writes tickets to ppl who roll through the stop sign in the morning on the way to work. i guess there is no danger for them when they pull over white ppl who are on they way to work.
