I know Monty gets a lot of heat, but how much blame of this disastrous season do you place at his doorstep?
Dell made 5 obviously good moves this season, Anderson, Lopez and Roberts and declining the options of Henry and Aminu.
He made 2 moves that aren't looking great but haven't busted yet and probably can't be judged until the trade deadline next year, Rivers and Gordon.
Another potentially good move could have been the Warrick/Carroll trade/buyout if he uses the $500k saved to buy into the 2nd round and get a worthwhile player.
The Gordon signing certainly can blow up in his face and could potentially be a big enough failure to threaten his job security, but I really can't count that against him yet because I disagree with those that think 2012-13 cap space would have been very useful and I still think Demps can get a decent trade out of Gordon.

I'm not saying I'm not a fan of Demps, and sure he has made a lot of solid trades and moves
But my god that move with Jack was TERRIBLE
By far the worst move he has made since he has had the job
edit: other than re-signing Gordon
