So what moves has he made that you haven't liked?

We traded for Ryno and Lopez, who are each now underpaid on long term contracts.

QPon for Vasquez was a great move.

Smiht/Willie Green for Brackings/Songaila was a good one.

Okafor/Ariza for Lewis's expiring (which sped up the rebuilt by a full year and helped free up the space to take on Lopez) was a fantastic trade.

Thornton for Landry was a somewhat lateral move, and MT5's not getting along with Monty was a fairly big part of it.

The only potentially bad move may have been in extending Gordon, but that's a no win situation since if he doesn't extend him, they he pretty much just got a Aminu/Rivers/one year of Kaman out of CP3.

I'm really struggling to see what Demps is "at fault" for.
