Just leave it alone, water as needed, but remember it is better to water heavy fewer times than lightly more often (this will force the roots to go deep versus spreading out just below the soil making them easier to burn)

also, raise your mower deck to allow the grass to be 1 1/2 inches (this will look too long for a while but will thicken up and be beautiful)
