Monty knows he's gone.
Message needs to change because the players have tuned him out.
Gordon is still a POS and can't wait till he's gone.
Gordon thinks teams still want him, but he doesn't want to play for the Hornets and doesn't even have the decency to show up and show the other teams he can still play day in and day out.

Players will change because they either can't or won't do what he wants.
People still seem to not realize that this being year 3 of Monty is not the number that matters, year 1 of the rebuild is the number that counts and there will be lots of turnover this offseason because that's what happens in a rebuild.
