I don't agree with this at all. We had one of the best players of all time for a number of years and the crowds still sucked.

Crowds suckes because teams did. The Paul argument doesn't work.
Year we were 1 seed crowd came late in year but def came
Year 2 startes strong then we sucked at ens and denver series killed any momentum built
Next year paul tears acl
Next year he wants out but crowd still came late in year.

If we suck as a fanbase so be it. They have come when a reason to. But Pau and companyl never put together 2 seasons of solid basketball. Was roller coaster

I said it earlier, with bad as we have been I'm the idiot for getting season tickets ans driving in from br. I don't blame anyone who doesn't do it. I just love bball ajd the hawnets. I would love a packed arena more than anyone. But to stress over it like some do..I dunno. Yoh obviously do your part and like us have tix...all you can do.I give mine away when I can't make it hoping it gets some on board...do same

So, I see a bunch of numbers and no analysis.

Here's one analysis. Look at the attendance. Then look at the operating income.

Do they look really related? Does the high attendance go with the high OI? Low with low? That'd be the relationship I think you'd want to show . . . but it's not there.

Team salary, ownership transactions, loans from the NBA, etc. all affect those numbers more than the attendance fluctuations.

1000 STH randomly chosen is about $2M, give or take. That's full price for the season whether you go or not. Attending adds in more chance at stuff like concession and parking money (not from me!).

So . . . where is the conclusion?

Not correct. Franchise had a consistent string of sellouts in the 2008 season.

I know. It attracts dumbasses.

Meh, not as much as it describes an adolescent goofball who gets his rocks off using multiple alters.
