re: What's the lightest trigger you are willing to be around

I can understand an extremely light trigger pull like that on a highly specialized gun like a benchrest rifle. I don't shoot benchrest. All my guns are for hunting, self defense or recreation. On my big game hunting rifles I like a trigger pull of 3-4#. My varmint hunting guns are usually a little lighter, maybe as low as 2#. Of course, all of this is dependent on the gun being safe w/ a lighter trigger pull. I don't make any sort of adjustments or alterations on the triggers of my self defense guns. If I don't like the trigger, I'll get a different gun.
