These TV refs have been reporting lot of players and people have been penalized.
Only way it wouldn't have been an issue IMO, is if the drop hadn't been shown

There was no stink. His drop was approved and then he got on TV saying he moved the ball back two yards. What'd y'all expect the masters to do? "Oh it's Tiger he can move the ball wherever he wants?"
