It isn't anyone that played this year. Normally, it would be a member from ANGC. He looks to be early to mid 40's

I suspect you're right. If they use a member he's not a 36 capper.

I knew a guy that got to play as a spotter at the Masters one time (he was a member of course). He played with Craig Stadler and shot a 67. After the round, Stadler told the committee to give him a spotter that he could beat next time

That would be awesome if he was a 36er, though.
Reminds me of when I was there in 2008 and we see this Japanese guy leaving the patron parking lot carrying his clubs on a Tuesday. This guy goes up to him and asks why he has his clubs and the dude says "it's practice round day." This cat really thought he could show up and play. Funniest shite I think I've ever seen.

Just heard it on Masters App. Jeff Knox, ANGC member. He has played at least 10 rounds as a non competitive marker.
