Hard to say, in the books they would have already gotten it on by this point. But the scene in the previews where they are nekkid in a pool together would have to happen either episode 6 or 7 based on the leaked synopsis. In the books that is what seals the deal as far as Jon being accepted with the wildlings, so you'd think they would in the next episode or two.

Nope.
They don't get it on until Ygritte lies and says they have gotten it on to saves Jon's arse.
