He's currently 33

Career

He's at 45,919 yards
25,919 yards short of Favre
Since being in NOLA he's averaged 4,796 a year
Continuing his average he'll break it in 5.4 years

He's at 324 passing TD's
184 short of Favre
He's averaged 34.86 Passing TD's a year since He's been in NOLA
That means if he continues his average, he'll break it in 5.28 years

In playoff games he has 2,980 yds passing
Brady leads all with 5,949 yds (2,969 yds)
He's averaging 332.63 YPG since he's been in NOLA

Brady's lead will continue to grow but as of now Brees would need 8.92 games.

Prediction:
At the end of the '18 season Brees retires with all major records in hand and 3 super bowl rings.

Making him the best to ever touch a pigskin

He will finish in the top 5 in all the major categories that you listed. I see that as a minimum. Beating them all is probably pushing it. I think 2nd is reasonable for a few of the categories.

That's what I was gonna mention.

I did some calculations last year and Peyton is gonna own Favre's yardage record soon enough, provided injuries don't cut things short.

But even then, Brees was on pace to break Peyton's projected numbers.

He will hold several or maybe even all of the records.

like the optimism, but Brees doesn't have many more of the 5,000 yard and 40 TD seasons left...
