It's out there. Sooooo good. Beam just keeps expanding his sound with every new release.

I've been listening to this album a lot. This may be his best yet. All songs are very full and well produced.

I still prefer his simpler stuff. There is something special about a man and his guitar. That said I think Ghost on Ghost is still a solid record. The added brass really fits in with the direction he's going lately.

I just like all the horns in the new record. I agree with you though, but more with his live show. I actually enjoy seeing the shows where it is just him and an acoustic guitar, instead of the full band. It just makes the experience much more personal and intimate.
