Depends where it is.

Like Pebble - you get cheap access to the famous course and spend the day surrounded by the beautiful California coastline, beach access is right near and people make a full excursion out of it to dine in Carmel-by-the-Sea, do 17-mile drive and Big Sur.

idk we all have off days. If your question is why is it better than tv then I follow. I've been close enough to tiger woods to smell his breath. Ive personallly met john daly and had him autograph an old college card of his that he didnt even know existed. You don't get that in other sports or on tv.

I'm meh on being at a golf event. Masters, though, I would attend forever. Just something so different about it.
