gym finished 4th in SEC..they have been in BOTTOM HALF OF SEC 12-14 YEARS, not won the 5-7 team conf since 1981! Same coach, just like WG...they do have some good years, but no SEC's....can we at least try and win our own conf every 15 years in gym

You serious clark? Name every single gymnastics team that has ever won a national championship. If you name more then 4 you're wrong, 2 of those are in the SEC. Its hard to win the SEC in that situation. But yea DD is terrible, lets just ignore the fact that she has made the super six (equivalent to the final 4) twice and on the verge of doing it again as well as several individual national champions in the last 5 years. Lets fire a basketball coach that makes the final four twice because he didn't win the conference.

Sounds like Alleva has done a good job of improving the program then.

there are only 7 teams in the conf, there were 5 in 90's then 6, now 7 (actually I think Missouri makes 8 now, not sure if this counts this year). So actually, the Gym program vs SEC has NOT improved, and ALL I am saying for all these sports, wg,wt,mg,mt etc. is SEC, NOT national champs, how about an sec title every 10 years or so???too much to ask from half your sports?
serioulsy, is it too much for each sport to win an sec title every 10 years? yes or no...
