I'm holding out hope that he stays. He's got two good friends on the team that will be seniors. He sees the talent coming in, so he knows he'll have the hype machine working for him next year. He's seen what Odo can do in practice, so he knows what kind of help he'll be getting in the post next year.

There are a lot of things that can work in his favor if he stays. Having a more well rounded team around him will open up a lot more opportunities next season.

nailed it. i've felt all season like if he took a step forward and had a good year like he did that he should at the very least enter the draft with the intention of returning to build himself a nice portfolio with the scouts and execs. he could do that next year as well but there's always been an urgency for him to get there as quick as possible.

he would enter next season as one of the conference's top players with more hype than ever. still would enter if i were him or advising him and start building that buzz for next year unless there are bigger needs outside of basketball which he has to take care of.
