Glad to finally see a poll with some good results. This is a sample of 15k officers and the results are very pleasing.

Other charts can be found at the link but here's a preview of a few:

Not surprising. Plenty here will argue that when it comes down to I forcing bans that LEOs will do as they are told and fall in line with what the govt says.

Someone paid alot of money for that poll. Adequate sample size and data presented in a sound and easily understandable way. Not a liberal polling station by any means.

I am guessing most will do what they are told with just a little of justifying by the upper level management.

There will be a few doing what they think is right, and they will have to end up quitting. Others will see that and fall in line with the gubment

Look at how many stop other cops from assaulting civilians. They don't. It's just human nature to do what they are gonna do. It is nice to see these studies, but they mean zilch when it comes down to their jobs being on the line

One of the reasons is probably because some LEO's remember how ineffective the last AWB was.

The bad ones tend to click up and stick together. When they get caught they get caught together. Ive known good cops who have stopped bad ones from abusing their station but media doesnt tend to highlight the good ones, no ratings in showing a good man doing his job.
