Offshore recommendations for SeaCrest/Destin...

Looking for an 8 hour trip...June 10th-17th...We will have a couple of first timers and possibly a few females...6 total in our crew....I'm thinking I want to do some bottom fishing to start the day so the 1st timers get to reel a few in and hopefully do some trolling to finish the day...
