How have our elite defensive draft picks worked out for us so far?

Jenkins - 12 meh
Ellis - 7 or 5? either way
P-Rob - meh
Sullivan -

Jordan looks as though he will be the most productive and has the most upside of the defensive 1st rounders we've had in the last 10 years and he was picked at what, 24? I can deal with a mediocre or even bust at 24-32 easier than I can at 6 or 7, which Sully and Ellis were, and we traded up for BOTH of them and they ended up as the biggest busts.

I stand by opinion. QUIT TRADING UP B/C IT HASN'T WORKED FOR US

Nobody considered any of those guys elite or potentially elite. Jenkins was the only pick at that spot. We traded up for Ellis, but no one thought he'd be elite. PRob as the last pick of the first round and Jordan was 23rd or so. GTFO w/ Sullivan, that was a long time ago.

Star, Jordan, Mingo, Ashana and Jones all have potential eliteness. I'd take them or the OTs.
