My parents went with me to NO last weekend. On the way back, we went through BR and LSU. As we drove by TS, my 80-yo father said "Why did they leave that PVC pipe exposed, and I hope those same people aren't doing the SEZ addition." If he noticed, it has to be an eyesore.
