Warned the group when they fell behind. Then timed them individually and he was warned again after exceeding the 40 second limit by a "considerable" margin. Then he did it again and they hit him with the penalty.
Crenshaw may have been part of it, but the penalty is on the kid IMO

Did anyone in the second group get a penalty yesterday? They were over an entire hole behind tue first group. That penalty was bs.
