Because he the "highlights" were taken from a 3 year period. If a player had been hurt, I guarantee you we would have heard about it by now. At the very least, we would have heard about it this week.

you cant throw crap at people the way he was doing.

period.

end of story.

NOTHING else matters.

He should have been fired on the spot when that video was shown to the AD.

Anybody else does that in any other profession and they are done, no questions asked, no shits given.

The AD trying to basically sweep it under the rug with a fine and a small suspension was a joke and he deserved to get shitcanned for that too.

And Sean Woods got a good amount of heat for it (rightfully so) and suspended for a game for it. That said, aside from yelling at a player in their game against Maryland there was no indication of a continuing pattern of putting his hands on players either.

I don't disagree with firing Rice but it's pretty obvious the Rutgers' AD is being used as a scapegoat because of the pressure from ESPN. At the most, maybe a suspension for the AD because he probably should've fired Rice when he first saw the video.
