I just received some info..

~$450/mo for HOA fees/insurance
~$1300/year property taxes

The only thing the HOA does not cover is the power bill for the unit.

The current unit wasn't a rental property so they are pulling a rental history for a comparable unit for me.

So far, it doesn't look that bad. If I could get a decent management firm, it looks like I could cover my costs..

Does anyone know what management firms charge %wise?

..or is it a flat rate?
