The internet has made permanently getting rid of your arrest records a giant pain in the arse.
If you have gotten arrested recently, their is a pretty good shot you can find your mugshot on one of the BS mugshot.com websites. Those things are impossible to get rid of.
ETA you can get the actual record expunged all day long but that doesn't mean your mugshot is coming down from those websites.
