Absolutely. Alexander's is nice, but would be nothing more than any other neighborhood market inside the Houston loop. Alexander's plus the arrival of Rouses and eventually Trader Joe's will cause everyone to raise their game.

So Cash have you been in this place?
If its nothing more than any other neighborhood market inside the Houston loop why is it not mediocre?
I made another more advanced visit today. Nice place. It's still mediocre.
Wine ok. Beer ok. Produce sucks. Meat, same as Albertsons, seafood nada. Groceries same as any basic grocer. Not sure about cafe or gelato but im not in it for that.
As I said previously, I'll stop on occasion but it's not a game changer by any means.
