MST3K always made fun of The Eiger Sanction for being so long but I hadn't really known what it was. So when I found it on netflix I decided to give it a try. I really liked it, and didn't really feel it was so long. I thought the action was worth the pacing. Of course, I make jokes about things that aren't true all the time, so I'll forgive Joel/Mike and the bots.

Agreed. One of Eastwood's lesser seen under appreciated movies, but that's true of much of his Non-Dirty Harry 70's output.

I had forgotten about this movie. It was a good one.
Kelly's heroes was also a very good one. Eastwood, Savalas, O'Connor, and Oddball Sutherland.
