You dont want steel plates.

Check around ar15.com there are always people selling plates.

And if you are spending the money, you might as well get level 4 plates.

I would be concerned about purchasing an "entrepreneur" making money on fake plates. "Sorry Sir, you bought the Air Soft Body Armor...and Suppressor."
