Alford has had tremendous success actually at all his stops - rebuilding defunct programs. He has won big, season championships.
...but we are a zero sum society I guess. So three weeks in March is all that defines a coach I suppose. Get hot, get lucky in March or get out.
And yeah, if he doesn't go to Final Fours he'll be out at UCLA too.
