A little known statistic about Raph Rhymes

At least, it was little known by me.

Rhymes is the only LSU player who has gotten on base in all 26 games this season.

Katz & Ibarra have gotten on base in 25 of the 26 games played.

Very nice. A good bit of Katz's 'protection' this year has been traffic on the bases in front of him.

no it's not

They don't "need" it, but it certainly helps

Including the last three games of 2012, Katz has now homered 13 times in 29 games

This stat is totally untrue. Katz has been on first multiple times in every game this year.

I find it hard to believe that no one has ever compared the batting averages of the same player with and without certain other hitters in the lineup
