I tried putting one of the pig roasts I cut in the crock pot last month, didnt work out too well. After only a couple hours, it was like the turkey from the Griswold's Christmas.
I work nights so Im used to eating late but this is for tomorrow. Right now im enjoying an Abita amber. Gotta take care with the wild piggy, bastards are tough. If its still too tough ill just shread it into pulled pork.
