As long as you play smart, don't feed, win your lane and dominate the game you will climb.
Been winning at about a steady 65% clip for about a week.
ETA: 62% over my last 63 games, apparently.

If you support, play an ardent support. If you adc, play a hyper carry.
If you jungle/top lane, play a full tank and build knights vow.
