Of course Koreans have no need for a region lock since all of the best players are theirs anyway, my issue is that the rules aren't the same across the board. Either let the LCS leagues transfer all the players they want, or stomp a mudhole in China's arse.
I hate seeing teams just get a has been from another region to fill up their empty roster spots.
