Veigar/item question. In the Viegar build it states he has one of the best combos in the game.
Deathfire Grasp is an item, how do I use it? Isn't it just an active? I don't get how I'm supposed to use it.

You activate it and then click on an enemy.
Same as all other activate items such as Blade of the Ruined King.
Try it out in a bot game.
