Udyr will be fine for those that were playing him before the Ap Udyr got big. The ap Udyr won't be as strong and then less people will play him.

Is all the Pantheon complaining about his ult mana cost decreasing by 25 at all ranks?
Not really something to complain about. It is actually a nerf since if Pantheon cancels the ult, the mana cost is no longer refunded.

Rammus top has been enjoyable for the few games I've played with him.
Can usually keep my teleport and just back to lane using my Q.
I didn't realize how much bonus AD he got from having armor. Damn near unkillable after a while.
